This is TLGA-60 - it has 8 addition pins in central raw. You can try to read it with TLGA-52, but there might be issues.

For reading BGA-60 with TLGA-52 adapter, you have to chose reading scheme number 1785, and ignore all others during chip reading. It will help.

Well,
if i was at his place i will hardwire the chip to a monolith board

I have never had success reading in TLGA-52 reader, but I only see this a small number of times so is not a problem to wire manually for reading

Sorry for the delay as it is such old post, seem that I was not able to read and recover it successfully.
