S6, S6 Edge, S7, S7 Edge and some new Xiaomi - all of them uses UFS (in this particular case it will be BGA 095) - not eMMC... only NuProg or FlashMax III support those chips
Re: help finding Adapter/reading out NAND memory from Samsung S6 KLUBG4G1BD-E0B1
Got a Samsung S6 Edge and removed the memory chip. However, the chip had a different layout underneath than OP.
The layout matches the BGA095 Dediprog adapters
There was another chip underneath the NAND flash.
Markings:
SAMSUNG
SHANNON333
A1528
537KW08
Markings were hard to read, so they may be off by a bit.
Anyone know what this chip is?
A quick google search says it's a modem/baseband chip?

My advise is to get the datasheet for the chip to get the information that you are looking for. Go to http://www.alldatasheet.com/ and search for the chip, you will get pin-out information and much more. They will give you details about the package and once you know that, then you can search for an adapter.
Following is the information that I have for all Smart phones and I was promised that it is up to date:
1. eMMC30 11.5 X 13_0.5
2. eMMC30 12 X 16 _0.5
3. eMMC30 12 X 18 _0.5
4. eMMC30 14 X 18_0.5
5. eMMC30 11 X 10 _0.5
1. eMCP 11.5 X 13_0.5
2. eMCP 12 X 16_0.5
3. eMCP Test Socket_11.5 X 13_0.5
4. eMCP Test Socket_15 X 15_0.5
Maybe Roman can give us more information. I do not know the eMCP chips, it may be a new range or even an old range. I can see that we are going to need a lot of help with the cell phones and tablets.

PC-3000 Flash is not a tool for mobile recovery, so it's not optimize for eMMC and eMCP. But PC-3000 Mobile will

@- SHANNON333 is IC which got two dies inside- LTE Modem and DRAM..... it has nothing to do with DATA that you are looking for - answer for your question I give already in post up but I think you not see it
@antonvn: once again... this is NOT eMMC or eMCP chip - and pinout will not help you either in those

Gents, yes, I also need an answer to this. I cannot afford to buy this programmer and I am sure that many of my fellow Flash owners feel the same.
What can ACELab do for us, this is just another flash chip and I was told that the Flash system will be updated to cater for future chips, that is one of the reasons why I bought the Flash. The UFS chips have been available since 2011, according to Wikipedia. Different packages, I am sure.
Has anyone tried to find adapters for these new range of chips, will we be able to read it like Roman suggests - like the eMMC chips? I do not really want to invest in another programmer, I have about 5 and Windows do not support most of them anymore. I just want to get the data off the chip, I do not want to write to chips. This is turning out to be a bottomless money pit.

@jerema: for this moment NO (or maybe by finding NAND pinout) - but there are other programmer for UFS which even support THGLF2G8J4LBATD not supported by DediProg... unfortunately cost 4400 USD for programmer + 2300 USD for 095 adapter.... cost 6700 USD. If you will compare to 1000 USD for DediProg you will see that it's cheapest methode available

what Do you mean with complex soldering ?
I think I have to desolder the Chip and read it with an reader.
My question was : exist an other possibility to read this chip, without the dediprog reader for over 1000 US$ ?
I mean anything like emmc to SD or usb .
No.

Hello, please help me. I can not find BGA95 PINout of THGLF2G8J4LBATD chip. I do not have adapter for it. I would like to read the chip without special adapter. I would like to use ACELAB SPIDER board for it. I want try to use UFED PHYSICAL ANALYZER for decrypt data from dump of the chip.
