Hi.
Need to read a set of vbga-100 chips. Is there a pinout scheme to use soldering by Circuit Board adapter, or we need to buy its adapter?

You can try to solder it via Circuit Board, but the whole process will be much more complex than a common reading via adapter.
But if you have a lot of free time - it's up to you

VBGA-100 are usually used in Compact Flash cards. Sometimes you can meet them in SD cards. But they are very rare in USB sticks.
