Can I add new XORs?

Postby se134 » 18.06.19, 02:02

Hi there.
I have a problem with XOR detection.
The controller is SM3276L.
The memory chip has two parts, $89A46432 - AA010000 6WB2D_NW817 [SDR][Page: 18592 bytes(32 sectors).Block Size: 32768 sectors(1024 pages)] (x8)
Memory size is 64GB.
ECC detection is follows:
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Detect ECC for PAGE = 18427 bytes
- 0 [1150]
- 1150 [1150]
- 2300 [1150]
- 3450 [1150]
- 4600 [1150]
- 5750 [1150]
- 6900 [1150]
- 8050 [1150]
- 9200 [1150]
- 10350 [1150]
- 11500 [1150]
- 12650 [1150]
- 13800 [1150]
- 14950 [1150]
- 16100 [1150]
- 17250 [1150]
- 18400 [27]

And XOR analysis detection is follows:

And
Split by block(Block size:32768)
Join by Blocks/Pages for pairs(Block size:32)
Join by Blocks/Pages for pairs(Block size:64)

RawRecovery found many file headers but almost corrupted.
I think XOR 2249 is not match.
Can I add new XORs in the Resource?

Thanks
