Silicon Power 4GB with reverse side

Postby italyassistance » 10.09.25, 09:05

Hi, I have a 4GB SP flash drive with a Phison 2251 controller.

When I unsoldered it, I noticed that the chip is facing the wrong way round.
Chip 0632MT1L01K. PIN 1, which is usually on the top right side of the chip, is on the top left on this one. OBVIOUSLY, the ID on the TSPO-48 reader is 00000.

Suggestions? SHOULD THE CHIP BE CONNECTED THE RIGHT WAY AROUND?
