Hama SD card 128GB (SM2703) - Dump filled with FF

Postby datahelp » 20.05.24, 13:53

Hello I'm trying to read BGA152 memory chip from this SD card. It shows ID 0x2CA45E53C. It has 4 parts, part 0+1 contains data but part 2+3 is completely filled with FF.

Does it mean that memory chip is damaged? Or is it possible to read it different way? For example changing voltage etc.

Thank you

Might be that data is only in first parts and it's joined by dump. Hard to say without seeing it.

Should I upload some screenshot or more information?

Shure, or ask support to check it remotely.
