Hi all, can you help me with the controller for this SD card, 16GB SD, HCII, Professional 1000x Lexar

The chips are labeled 5RD22, NW552

I have tried SM2702 and SM2685 as was suggested for a 32GB Lexar, but it is not working - it must be something else.

I have included the scan with different parts of the card and a picture of the top of the chip. The 'PCB' is also included, as can be seen, the PCB housed 2 chips.

I have lost the back of the enclosure and I cannot find the numbers, the scan was done before I too the SD card apart and I have just added the rest of the pictures to it this morning.

Here is the number on the back of the card: P38C3100Q04l

2 like minded people learn better .anyway i can see its 2 BGA-152 type of nands in this ,But were is the controller is the controller attached on the opposite side of were the bga nands were connected ? . Or thats a monolith in itself ,now i also have the questions for you

Okay, this is what I think is the controller....

i though so .man there are a a few softwares out there that can read the id the flash card or pen drive provides and can tell us that the stuff is ,I do not remember the name of the software tool but they are there on some russian websites -> http://www.usbdev.ru/files/ .I think roman filipp and out other TS russians can shed more light but man you should try this when those BGA chips are not removed even if the device is dead it can generally find controller and other stuff ,Happy russian to english hunting

Controller here is SM2702, SM2703 or SM2685. Contact to ACELab TS and we will help you.

Roman i am seeing that you people can see the controller in NAND Dumps even before ECC and XOR is this true with SM series NAND's ,Can you tell us what location we can see that ,I do know it helps to find order of nands also
