Error: Either service data are detected to be damaged, or not all preliminary conversions were done!

Hi,
I am new to pc3000 flash as I have old v7.0.3xx of pc3000 and I am getting this error while evaluating Samsung chip with controller - SM321QF CC.
I have got ECC and data reads quite good but still by rereading method I am getting folder structure and some of the files names but it contains corrupted data though.
While applying controller it shows this error - Either service data are detected to be damaged, or not all preliminary conversions were done!
