It's a new 3D NAND TLC chips. They have more capacity because of a bad quality. Need extra space for ECC codes storing and blocks reallocation.

So this is why I'm detecting ECC for the past 4 hours

If you can't find the ECC, means that some additional steps are required. Make a ticket in TS dpt and we will help you.
ECC should be detected during 1 minute. No need to wait more.

Which article entry do you mean? About undetectable ECC or 72GB instead of 64?

This was resolved.

I made a contraption with my heat gun and I was able to read all the problematic areas. There was no chance to create directory but a RAW recovery was just fine.

Sometimes in chip off RAW recovery is only option - RAW recovery is still great result in most situations and especially SD / microSD cases
