Roman is available in the Ticket System 
Anyway, it's a typical issue of the NAND buffers corruption. In other words - the NAND chip is reading the same page again and again.
You can try to "play" with the voltage and read this chip with different power settings. But usually, there arn't so many chances to recover it... It's a hardware issue.
