About SSHD drive recovery

Just wonder if it is possible to recover some data from the flash memory in PCB for SSHD drive if the platters were damaged.
Or are there some useful data in the flash memory?
Or Does the flash memory just act as a temporary swap storage?

Hello Phil. Right now in case if NAND chip is damaged we are not working with SSHD at all.
