Re: Samsung 850 EVO - 250
New version will be near the Spring 2017. Unfortunately I don't know too much about future version of PC-3000, and I can't say will it contain 850 EVO in support list, or not. Samsung 850 EVO has a problem with encrypted terminal, so we can't upload LDR in it. But we are working on this problem, so I hope that during 2017 it will appear finally.

Re: Samsung 850 EVO - 250
Any update on Samsung EVO 850 / PM871 support for the S4LN062X01-Y030 processor?
I have one in at the moment, to RDY, then BSY on any command. Lots of NAND errors no doubt. I'll be renewing my support contract with any update you release as it ran out a couple of months back

Looks like 850 EVO will not appear in nearest future. Like all other families (650, 750, 951) new Samsung FW contain digital sign, which should be bypassed before it become possible to get the data. Now we can say that it's almost impossible, at least without serious modification of LDR. All our forces are dropped on Phison-based SSD, and they will be ready in nearest update. Then - we will seem, maybe somewhere in the end of 2017, new Samsung models will appear too.

Hello. PM871 = 850 EVO but for OEM manufacturers. Problem remain the same - it's not supported.
