Well, looks like this mSATA drive does not have special pins for terminal connection. In new version of SSD we support PM851 drives, but in common SATA form-factor.
As I remember, current mSATA drive have terminal output somewhere under controller - at least for 840 EVO (which is twin-brother to PM851) have terminal outputs somewhere in the roads under controller.
Our developer unsolder the CPU, and look for the target pins.
Anyway, the only thing that you can do right now:
Find the same healthy PM851 drive;
Send your drive PM851 and donor PM851 to us.
Our developers will try to find pins, solder terminal, and get access to user data.
Unfortunately this is the only way. I know that it is not easy, but unfortunately it's not a common SATA SSD, it's a damn mSATA tiny drive
