The SSD powers on and gets stuck at BSY. Comes ready with kernel mode shorting, but fails on Loader uploading process.

Any suggestions on how to proceed from here?

Hello Luke. Most likely that this drive contain different or modified firmware which is not compatible with loaders in PC-3000 SSD Database. Anyway, I recommend you to download resources from updatebox for your Samsung MLC SSD. Then - in Utility, try to rewrite firmware using resources from database. It might help. Just be careful with "FORMAT" checkbox - don't use it! Otherwise you will erase the user data on drive.
