Can anyone provide a loader file? None from ACE lab database works.

Hello,
Loader and Fiwmare - it's different things. Ace lab Database resources contains firmwares. Loaders are included in software and written by AceLab. FW and LDR are not the same things.
In your case for TechMode activation you need Loader in utility, not Firmware like you wrote.

Thank you for fast response, but i've allready managed to solve problem.
There was unusual PCB board, so it was difficult to enter Safe Mode, but after couple attemps i've managed to access it
