Old firmware for basic 840 Series

Hello guys,
I have a couple of Samsung 840 basic Series SSD that I have tried to upgrade to latest firmware but with none of the PC3000 included version of FW (newer than DXT07B0Q) the drives are not able to get ready after the firmware reflashing (they stacked in busy state). The original FW they were shipped with was DXT04B0Q and the drives were fully working. Unfortunately I didn´t make the copy of this FW before FW reflashing so I have no backup. Does anybody have this FW (or maybe newer like DXT05B0Q ar DXT06B0Q) available to download?
