Hi,

I have MZ7TD256HAFV (S4LN021X01-8030).

There are 4 loaders for this device, this device will only accept the last one on the list that says Logical Access - "Off" and Encryption - "Off".

I was able to create translator with the last loader on the menu and I got a 99% image but the data appears bad or encrypted.

I am unable to see any file system/structure in DE or other tools.

Am I unable to decrypt because the loaders with Encryption "On" do not work with this drive?

Think your drive belongs to generation 2 or 3 of these 840 EVO, Ace can only work with loader on generation 1
How does the drive ID in safe mode ? ROMMEX17 ?

Hi Roman -- can you explain what this step is? I'm just curious.

There is an additional option to force decryption. Samsung drives starting from 8xx family are using a hardware encryption. Sometimes we have to set decryption manually in the Utility settings.
