samsung ssd 840 series remain in safe mode

hi, i have a quastion, i have some ssd samsung 840 series and after the open in safe mode is ok, i can work in aplication.
but when switch off power supply the next attempt, not function ssd.

Hello.

SAFE MODE just blocks access to default firmware on NAND chips, which allow us to upload The Loader into RAM area (Loader - is a modified Firmware created specially for current model of SSD, with switched off background processes and other optimizations).

Once you reset the power, RAM will be erased and your drive will become bad again. To keep the drive in a ready state after the power switch, we recommend soldering SAFE MODE pins together.
