I have a vertex 450 drive - Security-locked

OCZ Vertex 120GB

I used the universal PC-3000 on it and it says: ATTENTION! Security-locked HDD

Can I interface with this drive at all with the PC-3000 UDMA to remove this password?

Hello! With PC-3000 UDMA-E 6.1 and PC-3000 SSD 2.0.3 - it possible to do :)
