Hi,
i have a problem in the PC 3000 Flash. I have read the 4 BGA-152 Chips whit the Tool. But now i can´t recovery by controller becaus he don´t find the SM2246EN...
So what i can do? I have searched for the solution but it can´t find anything. I have the PCB whit the SM2246EN here but i can´t read the chip... what i can do?
I need the data from the Chips....

Why did you remove the chips, do you have PC3000 SSD edition?

So i diden´t remove the chips... it was the client. He is a electrican and he told me he have the NAND Flash Reader but it dosen´t works.
Thats ok, but he destroy the Solderingpads on the PCB... I can´t solder the Chips back on the PCB...

No i haven´t the SSD edition, only PC3000 and PC3000 Flash and the NANA Flash Reader, too.... But whit the Flash Reader i think it dosen´t work, but the Chips are working, i can see the ID from the Chip.
They are 4 Chips whit 128GB in 4x32GB. The next problem is, i do not know the order... because the client haven´t write it down...

PC-3000 Flash does not support chip off From SSD drives. If you have SSD, the only way for recovery is TechnoMode on SSD drive with PC-3000 SSD:
