I have a Intel Based m2 SSD. Model number is SSDSCKKW010X6.
It has a SM2258G Controller.
Detects correctly at full capacity but will not read any Data.
Receive UNC error through whole SSD.
After a long power cycle (30 mins) i was able to read the first 23mill.
Reads with UNC after.
Is there going to be support for SM2258 based controllers?

We are going to add SM2258 in nearest 3-4 month. But I'm not sure that Intel model will be supported because it has different Firmware and Technological Mode. Our developers didn't make decision about it yet.

I have an Intel SSD Pro 5400s Series with the SM2258G controller here that gets stuck at BSY on any command to read and won't ID. Any word on a more precise date if and when support will be added?

Intel are always modifying default firmware in third-party controllers that they are use in their drives. It's completely different in compare with default SM2258 firmware. As I know, Intel drives based on SM2258 will not be added in next release. But some A-DATA, Sandisk and others - will appear.

Hello. List of supported Intel drives you can find here:
https://blog.acelab.eu.com/pc-3000- ... dated.htmlIntel X18;
Intel X25;
Intel 320;
Intel 510;
Intel 710;
If your drive return full ID but instead of real data can provide access only to zeroes - then it has a trouble with translator microprogram. Technological Mode recovery is required.
