Just install PC3000 from your Ace downloads with your license key.

You are giving this error:
pc-3000 flash adapter serial number reading error: Failed to found PC-3000 Flash adapter
Please check if PC-3000 Adapter connected in USB port and check its state in the "hardware manager"

PC3000 Flash and PC3000 SSD are two different products.
PC3000 SSD is connected with PC3000 Express or UDMA-E
