I'm having an SSD with model SDSA5JK-256 GB
I would like to know which adapter I can connect to the PC3000

Hello,

This is Mini PCI-Express based drive. There is no adapter to SATA, because as we know, it does not contain SATA controller inside CPU, only PCI-E. But anyway, you can try to find adapter miniPCI-E to PCI-E - should works.

You mean recovery through chip-off? No. All modern SSD, especially based on PCI-E controller, have full hardware encryption by AES-256 key. Recovery will be not available at all - you will see only encrypted rubbish.
