Hello,

We received this SSD:

Image

Customer said the drive is not seen in BIOS.
We cannot find any adapter to connect it to the PC3000. We found an adapter to work with a Tableau write blocker, but the SSD is not seen in the Windows config panel.
Do you have an adapter for this drive? How can we deal with these SSD?

Hello. We can deal only with MacBook AIR 2010-2012 Apple SSD based on Samsung controllers. Marvell controllers are not supported + modern SSD starting from 2012 does not contain SATA controller - only PCI-E, so it's impossible to connect it though SATA.

This is AHCI PCIe Apple SSD.

In case of a logic issue with file system, bad sectors, hanging or freezing, you can try to use PC-3000 Portable III to read it. Power supply setting, ACELab driver and other internal bus and reading algorithm optimizations will help you to read this device.

In case of a serious firmware corruption, not sure that you will be able to recover it.
