Drive stays busy. Current Toshiba utility doesn't show pictures that match this PCB. Please advise.

Hello!

Funny thing - it's not a native Toshiba CPU, it's a rebranded Phison PS3110s controller, called TOSHIBA. The same rebranded CPU is using in OCZ Trion 100 family of SSD.
Right now it's not supported, but our developers are working on new PHISON Utility, which should support a wide number of different SSD, based on Phison controller. I can't tell you exactly when we planning to release final version of Phison Utility, but hope it would be in this year :)

Hello Tone!

It's still in developing. Should be ready in next release of PC-3000 SSD, but I can't tell you exactly about functionality which would be available in Active Utilities. In other words I'm not sure - will it would be possible to recover data, or only repairing functions will be available in first release of Phison Utility.

It seems that Safe mode can be access by shorting "3V3" and "GP100" on power on...

Safe Mode is the easiest what we can do :) But what next? Safe Mode will allow to switch drive into ROM mode, and do not try upload microprogram from NAND chips. At the same time, access to NAND data will be blocked in SAFE Mode.

Starting from PC-3000 SSD 2.4.5 it become possible to work with Phison PS3105, PS3108, PS3109. Your model of drive is based on rebranded PS3110, which will appear in next update. PS3110 based on new generation of Phison core, which is different in compare with previous modifications. That's why we need more time for adding this generation.
