Hi, I have some problems with this m." 2280 drive.
Model : SanDisk SD7SN6S-256G-1006
Firmware : X3511006
Capacity : 256 GB (500 118 192)
Controller 88SS9190

- I can read the ID but it goes BSY allmost instantly.
- If I read ID while powering it on, I can read it, then its BSY.
- Pwr on gives DRD and DSC. As soon as I access it it goes BSY.

Anyone know how to solve this?
Anyone know the pinout for terminal?
Tried the pads in the lower left corner, but I get nothing..

I have the same device, except mine is from dec 2015
With power on it heats up the controller and the MOSFET between those two resistors,
Do you have any insights on this case? How did you solve it?

Hi, sorry for the late reply.
The customer wanted to wait for this fall before we proceed, so there has not been any solution for it yet.

If you find something, please let me know!
