Hi i have an OSCOO M.2 SSD running SM2246AA Controller

It was busy upon turning it on
After putting into Safe Mode and Running Sandisk Utility

It showed the wrong SSD size with only 16GB capacity

Attention! The specified number of chips (16) does not correspond to the number of detected chips (8)!

Can anyone show me the way. Guide me through or have any thought about this problem???

Hello,

SM2246AA - is a controller microcode template, not a real controller name.

Please check the controller name on your PCB. It must be SM2246EN or SM2246XT.

It Is SM2246XT H AA Controller with Micron NAND chips

Then use Sandisk Utility for SM2246XT. In case of any trouble - ask TS dpt, we will guide you.
