Patriot Burst PS3111 sudden death

Hello everyone. Device died with no errors in smart, goes to busy state as soon as i try to access data. I am new to data recovery so im pretty sure i missed some steps.
after uploading loader and translator rebuild i some data like partition list in extractor but no signs of recovarable data(since there are software projects on it, raw recovery wont really help much). i tried multiple firmware versions so far, some are showing multiple errors during translator rebuild some are completely clean (the one closest to original firmware SBFMJ1W3 was Burner_PS3111_J1.3.bin), however it was failing with critical error every time i tried to image drive or even run full partition search.
For now i am imaging NAND and it looks like i am getting some partial data(at least it seems like that in hex) as well as errors (3/8 chips are dumped so far, i got "Done with errors (454787)" but it seems to be ECC errors).
Am im going in the wong direction? what are next steps to reassembly chip dump files into an image?
