Hello, we have this Sandisk SSD that we need to recover data from, I saw that this particular controller is not supported.
During power up it never reach ready state but remains BSY, I can put it in safe mode but it fails to upload the loader.
I tried with ADATA and AMD Radeon R3 utilities.
I attach pics of the drive.

Is there a way to recover data?
Do you think a chip-off and reading using PC-3000 flash will help?

Hello!

Chip-off is useless for all modern SSD. There is no chance to recover at least a partial data without a good translator algorithm for block reconstruction.
For now this model is not supported. We can work with Sandisk Plus which is based on SM2246XT and Marvell 88SS1074. Other modifications are not supported right now.

I have the same problem! Do you have any solution currently ?? Loader or software that can recover data from this ssd?

At this moment we can work with ADATA SP550 and Radeon R3 drives which are based on SM2256K controllers. Other models are not listed.
