Hello, sorry for my english

I have a Hitachi hard drive model HDS721032CLA362 with an error of heads.

I bought a spare hard disk with the same characteristics.

I replaced their heads and the bios of their pcb but when trying to enter the hitachi application I get the following error:

HDD ID has not been read.
ERROR: Device error detected "ABR"
Run utility?

Does anybody know how i can solve this? Any idea is welcome!

Navafigo, It's common Hitachi issue which can be caused by different reasons. First of all did you compare SN on the label with SN inside NV-RAM
