which family should i choose HTS545032B9SA02?

I have good drive, but family can not be detected, tried a few, but not work.

You need to select manually form the drop down list of families at the utility selection window on starting the utility.

This is Hitachi IBM drive, HTS5450B9 which can be selected in the "Custom families" drop down box.
