HTS541680J9SA00 Problem

Hello everybody. Can someone help me with a solution to the problem? When I turn on the hard drive "Hitachi", model: HTS541680J9SA00, it starts spinning up and makes 6 hits, after which the drive spins and does not initialize. The program throws out a window with errors. What can be the diagnosis without opening the disk case?
