HTS541010B7E610 which family

I have a new HGST HDD, 1TB.
stay in BSY mode and I cannot find the exact family in the manual
there is no strange sound

It is PALMER (NATIVE WD)

Indeed, it's a Palmer HDD which needs a special unlocked PCB to get FW access. You ar welcome to contact ACE Lab technical support with this issue.
