Dear Team ,

I have received 1 TB HGST original problem was head struck ,I release the head and power on the drive i was sping ing and quickly stop spin ing ,I have changed the head too ,Same problem ,Rom ?

If the original problem was that the drive was head stuck, then why would you ever suspect the ROM as the problem?

I think you should get the drive to a professional.
