Hello,
I have a Toshiba 3.5" High-Performance Hard Drive X300 MODEL: HDETR11GCA51
This is from a OWC 8TB RAID-0 enclosure; one of the drives is fine but the other doesn't spin; PC-3000 board light indicator shows that the drive is surged (it doesnt spin). I think the resistors are fried (removing them should solve the issue) or worse case re-soldering the ROM onto a new PCB.
I am not at all familiar with this drive.. can someone please highlight the ROM chip on the PCB? And/Or perhaps indicate where the (failed) resistors might be?
Thank you!

If I'm not mistaken, you need to transfer all 4 ICs, 9 10 11 and 12.
