I had a HTS545050B9A300 that had a password on it. The customer claims that they never placed it on the drive. One day it was open the next it was locked. I was able to unlock it and access data. Job done, they didn't want any data recovered from it. Now they claim, the file system shows up, but there are no files in the directories. Any ideas? I no longer have the drive in front of me to give anymore information.

Depends on exactly problems with the drive.
When you had this drive - is it showed data inside?
Mybe partition is damaged, or damaged ROOT FAT folder (if it's based on FAT)..
