Trying to unlock a Security-locked HTS541075A9E680.

I select the ARM utility selecting custom family.

This is what happens when I run the unlock procedure, removing the PCB when told by the utility:

ATTENTION! Security-locked HDD.

Password unlocking


Switching HDD power supply OFF

Switching HDD power supply ON
Waiting for PCB readiness...

Error HDD unlocking: Unsupported action (GetHeadAmnt) for NVR kind 0

ATTENTION! Security-locked HDD.

Any ideas?

Try to set big timeout value in Settings window and perform step again.
Also ask client is it really have a pssword 'cause if drive have damaged sector with password it think that passowrd is set and when you try to unlock the drive - drive can't to get access to this sector and show an error.
