Try Hitachi 7210DLE6 ARM Utility

I have the exact same situation with the exact same model drive. I just tried using the Hitachi 7210DLE6 utility without success. I seem to have similar issues with many of the Toshiba drives in general. Would anyone happen to have a solution to this? I've included an image of the label in the hope that it will help find a solution. (Apologies if this has already been addressed. New to this and I haven't found a solution on the forum from my searches so far.)
