Hi folks
I have a problem with TOSHIBA DT01ACA300 serial :761BATPAS FW: MX6OAC60
It warns " cannot identify the HDD family" and Security-locked HDD

Is there anyone could help me ?

do you try to access with toshiba utility or Hitachi utility? This is hitachi drive.

Do you see good ID? Maybe you do have HDD with ATA lock?
