Can't unlock HTS51010A7E630 Security lock

I have been asked for a HTS541010A7E630 with a security lock on it. I can't find it in the PC-3000 item, does it support to the PC-3000? I tried to unlock it with other options such as 5410A9 (tried to both method), but I could not do so.
I guess sweep look like normal and come DRD.

1.tried to custom select own mode , donner mode -> can't unlock HDD
2.tried to 5410A9 select own mode , donner mode -> can't unlock HDD
3.tried to 7210A9 select own mode , donner mode -> can't unlock HDD

Is there any unlock procedure? (We can not use Customer's Note PC due to broken)

Some additional information, It look like simmer to Seagate rosewood drive or WD slim drive.

These drives have a little bit different way of locking with ATA password.
I don't think PC3K can help just yet. Maybe in the future.

Thank's for reply to my question, OK I will talk to customer to delay recovery term. So, do you have any suggestion to unlock it? I watched some recovery forum (like HDDGURU) but I can not find same (Similar) question.

FYI:
Customer's PC: Panasonic Let's note and it can't power up (broken).
Customer said he don't use HDD password and don't know correct password.
