I HEAV A HGST HTS5450A7E380

BUT NO ID! AND CAN'T RECOVER DATA

PLEASE HELP ME!

Try loading the utility my manually selecting the model, then recheck ID. Sometimes after the techno key is put in you'll be able to get ID.
