Hello everybody, i have a DT01ACA050 500 GB drive, all seems to be OK, gives ID, i can read all the modules and they are fine but i can`t read
any sector of data area.
Someone has any idea of the problem?

Try to upload RDMT and PSHT modules in to RAM by "Initialize Translator in RAM" option.

I know you're not experiencing a capacity issue, but perhaps you could try something similar to what's outlined in this post: http://blog.acelab.eu.com/hitachi-i ... -mb-2.html
Also, are you sure you don't have any LBA access? Perhaps it's just a single bad head and you can read other regions.

Have you already try it?
Recently we have faced several DT01ACA drives with SA copy0 "Hara-kiri".
It was fully rewrited by similar content which looked like NTSF fragments instead of modules
Maybe the same case you have. If so Initializing from Donor resources will help you

I wanted to help the user by remotely looking into his case and trying to solve his issue ,I have very good experience in hitachi hdd ,Just by looking into the PSHT And RDMT Modules i can come to know what the issue .But As i Posted This Filipp came down with a hammer on me without reading what i said and what my intension was ,He broke my heart .Anyways I am still open to help him out .This is what i will suggest
1 : Can he make a copy of all the modules and attach them here i am interested in taking a look
PS : then i can help him swiftly
