This is some SA error. Does spindle stop after some time? If yes, send some soft reset to it sometimes this will bring it online. You need to find some way to check SA modules, if you cannot get access with drive alone then you will need hotswap donor.

In general, you can try to write burn resources (FFlash or HT code) or make a hot swap using a donor with same commutator revision (first two long strings must be same)
