HD161GJ-HD102GJ slow read problem

First of all hello everyone. I am new in this field. I'm sorry if i express anything wrong.
The model of the disk is HD161GJ, with a capacity of 160 GB, but when we look at the pc3000, the model is HD102GJ and its capacity is 1TB. If we select the "only terminal" option when entering the utility of this disk, the model is still HD102GJ, but the capacity has improved to 160 gb. We backed up the modules and the rom. It gives unc error when reading the sector. but if we choose "use utility" we can read it. We are trying to copy from the data extractor, but it reads very slowly. How can we solve this situation? thank you all
