I'm looking for a substitute for a 2060-001062-004 PCB.
It seems the ROM is native and I will need to transfer it also.

Drive is a WD800 WD800BB-00BSA0

You can usually ignore the "REV A" part. It'll most often still work. Sometimes you can even get away with a different "-004" part, but you've got to look and see what changed on the PCB in either event. Maybe it's just a different brand or different size of RAM, maybe it's something more critical.

yeah I've got about 13 of these drives but they are newer by a year so the PCB's don't match. I tried them them and they either click or hit a notch on the HDA chassis.
