Hello
I have a 640GB WD drive (WD6400AAKS) . I removed head 2 successfully and restarted the drive. But formating the drive with PList fails with the error "FMT ERR CAPACITY" !
Could anybody please tell me how to resolve it ?

reduce little more capacity manually and than try.

And if it doesn't work try to run ARCO and depopulate the head using ARCO.

Reducing the capacity didn't help
