I have WDC WD20EZRZ-00Z5HB0 2TB.
The WDC Marvel Util recognizes this HDD with Serial, Model and correct capacity.

But gives ABR error on reading any sector shows me "Techno OFF error Device Error Detected: "Unknown error code: 4344".
I tested Heads and all are Health.
All modules in both copy 0 and copy 1 are ok.
I even changed PCB for sure but I have same problem.
I did Translator Regeneration ( use P-list Only) but i have same problem and i haven't access to user data area.

Please help me ..

aryadiba, the issue may be in Slow Responding. Also need to try RAM head map changing for system heads http://blog.acelab.eu.com/ram-head-map- ... -case.html
