PC-3000 Forum

Hello,
I have WD Green HDD model WD10EZRX-00A3KB0.
I received the HDD for data recovery.
I could arrange a new HDD of same model.
The HDD is working fine in another PC.
The family is not identified in PC3000.
Can someone help ?

If HDD works, check inside module 00CF for family name.

I think this is Mars family.
