Hello we have a

10TB - (Hitachi/HGST Drive) LEO-A-HE12 family
Model - WD100EZAZ-11TDBA0
Thailand

P/N - 2W10206

This is a CCB drive in which we have the PC-3000 UDMA. In the utility, shows the family as LEO-A-HE12 but keeps giving error trying to boot to techno mode in the utility. I cannot get past it,

any suggestions would be appreciated

SA is not loaded, I guess you have other issues with it

Yup, confirmed a head issue as heads are faulty and cannot read anything from the surface, so the SA modules were not loaded from the surface and the HDD only works with ROM.
