Hello Members,
Does this hard drive support ace lab tool?
The utility does not auto detect. Want to unlock the firmware?

Should be supported, it's WD Avalon RP drive. Try selecting VeniceR family manually.

I have the same Problem,
select manualy Venice R gets for me the same result SED Drive Locked
I read out from the firs Chip the ROM, then load it up to PC 3000 utilty (unlock SED HDD) ends up with an Error Unknown HDD family: "AVALONRP"
How to remove the SED Lock?
